We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Opened pet food cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
• Prescription items are strictly non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our support team at support@paw-wow.com with your order ID to initiate a return. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
